How I lost 14 kg in 1 month ? .. Dare to ask?

Tiba-tiba rasa nyampah pulak baca entry2 macam ni...
Tiba-tiba rasa menyampah pulak orang dok sibuk-sibuk nak kurus... 
Perasaan menympah menjadi-jadi bila ada yang menjaja kejayaan org lain kononnya hasil drp advise dia.. 

Bluwerkkkkk..... such a lame..

Tell the truth..
Apply active lifestyle and balance diet.. That's all!..

I am basically sport active.. 

I like to sweat.. sweattt... sweatttt...
I love outdoor since primary school...
I like adventure.. 
I am adventurous by nature..

But to be active doesn't mean u need to be kurus like model... 
Kurus doesn't mean you are healthy...
Overweight or chubby doesn't mean you are unhealthy...
Obesity Morbid is YES.. 
No excuses!..


My tips:
-Cut your meal portion..
-Drink plain water... only take sweet drink during breakfast.
-Eat regularly but small portion..
-Exercise early in the morning with empty stomach.. plain water acceptable..
-Try basic food.. Plain Rice + protein + vegi.  (Boleh control calories..)
-Istiqamah
-Puasa
