5th Day Physio

My 5th day physio.. i bring surprise to the physiotherapist team. Using tongkat org tua and I am able to walk. Yeay!.. I can see smile on their face. I tot to buy one but I SMS my BFF.. She replied.. "No need. U need to throw that tongkat into sungai Kelang" Hikss...

Minggu nih LIBL kena gantung kaki kiri & kanan.. kaki sihat kena tarik kaki sakit sebanyk yg boleh..
Sakitt.. LIBL berpaut pada katil depan.. kata patience lain..boleh roboh katil..ahahah..
Sakit oo... dapat la 97 degreee...

Next week .. kena lepas jumpa doc kena off brace..
kuatkan kaki utk berjalan..
gain confidence to walk without crutches...
get 110 degree flextion..

Masa buat leg hang... LIBL dah penat after 5 min..
LIBL dah nak surrender.. physio ckp x bulih..
err.. apa nak buat nih?

Weeks 3 – 14

1. Range of motion should be full extension to 100-110 degrees
2. Start training exercises such as stationary bike, stair climber, Nordic track, inclined leg press, swimming
