I lost 1 - 2 kg.. Wottsss!!!
Dua 3 kali naik scale sbb mcm x percaya..tp confirm timbang lagi tadi.. :)

Hari nih no workput.. rest day konon..

Meeting smpi pukul 7.. :(
kasi kaki nih rest..
Ada deadline..
Stress jugak..
Tercabar masa nak workout..

Makan lauk pauk jer..
Sup Cendawan + chicken breast (masak merah kot) + bayam

Dinner
1 corn
Nuts
Coffee
2 bread + baked beans + chili api..

ihiksss... makan kena kontrol la weii.. make sure ko kira kalori yg ko makan... workout ja x jalan!! esp klw nak buang bulat perot ko tuh!
