Hari sabtu.. bengkak kaki dah surut. Alhamdulillah..tp tak sure boleh ker nih.. Nak bg taw kevin ke tak nih.. humm... risau nnt x leh join..

Oke.. pakai ankle guard.. malam td letak ubat and balut la semula ankle mcm doc balut. Tido letak ankle atas bantal kasi tinggi. I read from webpage. Ankle twist normal for sport injuries.. Maka sampailah celebrity fitness bangsar!..

Hari nih Kevin ajar do & don't kat GYM. Tujuan nak dedahkan GYM pada org yg takot nak pegi GYM.. :) Kenapa takot.. sbb dia igt org yg slim jer pegi gym. HUmm.. or x geti guna equipment..

Today.. we did 1 hr Shabam and 1 hr Body Combat.. Part lompat 0r guna bnyk kaki LIBL slow down.. tp I miss Body Jam.. kira shabam nih tmpt lepas rindu lah.. ahahah.. Best!.. Che Mat ckp..sakan ko menari.. OOO... sempat tgk aku kan yg kt belakang nih.... Muahahaha.. *Kantoi.. LIBL mmg suka dance..

Pedass.. burn fat while eating!

Masa instructor cakap dance like u r in a club.. Terbeliak mata che mat.. Ahahaha.. Finally tgk dia enjoy jer.. berpeluh kan!..

Nana!.. nanti soh Che Mat tunjuk mcm mana dia menari ala clubbing kat Firdaus! Dia mcm interested dgn GYM dah!.. HAHAHA..

Lepas abis 2 kelas nih..terus 45 min weight training.. then do & don't cara2 workout. Kevin cerita juga pasal whey protein.. LIBL ada 2 bungkus kat umah.. dpt free masa shape run 2011.

Dah abes makan.. we all beramai2 ke Nandos!.. hEEEHHHEEHH.. DIET KER?

Nandos lbh berkhasiat drp Kenny.. sbb sos dia pedas.. Igt kevin sajer jer ckp..semua org hari nih kena makan dada ayam jer.. Hummm.. Sekali betull la.. semua org kena tingglkan kepak itu!.. Quarter chicken + grill vegi + corn + plain water. Extra Hot/ Hot.. Memang berpeluh2 lah.. merah muka2.. Mushroom soup LIBL tapau.. rasa rugi plak.. penat2 workout.. simpan utk calorie esoknya pulak.. :)

Pstt.. ada gak contestant yg belasah kepak tuh senyap2.. lapar katanya. Ada jugak yg nak order air manis kat waiter tp waiter kata x boleh..air kosong jer.. AHAHAHHAHA... Cabaran kan.. Dah rasa macam biggest looser dah!.

nnti suh firdaus tnya mcmna nak senaman dr che mat.. Firdaus tak pernah gi gym...dia dok senaman kat rumah dan naik turun tangga 10 tingkat...
tp kalau nak kurus mcm b4 dia kawen kena la bg turun berat 10kg++

saya pun sama gak...

kena berkilo2.....malu nak ckp...waa.....

kalaw nak try GYM boleh kasi pass 14 days.. dulu dpt FF punya pass tapi tataw nak kasi sapa.. next time klw dpt sy kasi nana.. okey!..
