Hari nih LIBL telah twist ankle masa sedang syok jogging kat housing area.. mujur dah nak balik. Meletup gak bunyi kaki.. Stretch2 sikit then jalan balik.. Sampai umah, terus spray dgn perskindol. Then siap pegi keje..

Dikisahkan lagi nak kuar keter kat opis dok fikir nak pakai selipar or sandal..sekali lagi pulak terpeleot.. :(
Kebas rasa ankle nih.. tp semua ubatan telah dibawak.. Dijadikan cerita.. bengkak pulak ankle nih.. lebam biru oke..
Sedih..!!.. ttb rasa down.. :(
Baru nak mula dah terpeleot.. Mencikk!!..

Balik umah cari serai + asam jawa balut ankle..
Esok bengkak x kurang lagi.. Nak urut x boleh..
Lunch time..terus pegi kelinik & x ray..
Alhamdulillah x der apa2.. doc kasi MC..

Makan ubat bengkak & sakit..ttdo depan thinkpad..konon2 nak buay keje kan.. :P
