Day 3: Cabar@n Sih@T

Hari ke 3 LIBL adalah sangat mencabar.. mula2 ingat nak pergi GYM.. lepas solat subuh tgk jam dah 6.15am.. belum drive..amik barang..cari parking.. ahh.. x sempat.. Baik jog kat this apartment area lah.. Segan.. memang segan.. LIBL x kenal sgt org apartment sini.. hehehe.. ok lah I am fat like u care..so..lantak lah. Selalu weekend jer ramai yg jog.. what to do I am in cabaran 6 minggu.. so!.. jst do it lah! But today.. route baru kurang sesuai..banyak lobang2.. akibat akar pokok.. and masa tgh syok jog ttb terland atas batu kecik yg menyebabkan LIBL terpeleot.. Uhuhuh... Sakit jugak.. :(
Dugaaan!..
Bisalah sport injury..
LIBL dah prepare semua cuma this time balut kaki dgn serai + asam jawa yg ditumbuk lumat..
serai + asam jawa do yr thing plzz!!!...




Keep telling myself everyday..."I'm better than I think I can do anything. I'm going to start now for a better life."

3 spoon Nestle Fitness

2 Hi Fiber Biscuits

Lunch
Plain water
Half bowl bihun sup

Tea
1 spoon Nestle Fitness
1 slice of multi grain biscuits

Dinner
3 sppon baked beans
2 slice hi fiber bread
1 spoon chili sauce
plain water

Supper
1 cup melilia soya

Workout
Morning
2 round jog 70% non stop
1 big trail .. jog + power walk
Total 1 hour

Hello friend,
Bagusla u ikut cabaran ni. Kebahagiaan byk bergantung dengan kesihatan. Tetapi saya akui bhw sangat sukar nak jaga kesihatan sebab pilihan makanan terhad dan x sedap. Ini terbukti dgn senarai makanan yg you tulis. I don't think i will have the discipline to eat healthy food.

Berapa hari cabaran ni? Nampak macam program the biggest loser pulak.

#willie - 6 weeks = 42days.. I choose that kind of food sbb nak kurangkan my calorie intake. So, that I can eat regularly..

U still can eat like normal but reduce the portion..like teh tarik..only half of the glass just to satisfy your taste buds.
