My 1st run ever after raya!... Preparation gigtu2 jer..few times jer gi GYM.. rasa mcm dah gemoks sbb makan..makan..makan nasik!.. eieieieiie.. Masa bulan puasa asyik dapat nasik..nasik..nasik. Huhh..

This time LIBL run sorang2 sbb kawan2 x suka run kat tgh2 KL.. ada yg outstation & oso sbb ia adalah RUN!..bukan walk.. Since, LIBL so so so into this run.. walaupun sorang2..LIBL pegi jugak!.. Ada yg kutuk.. ko run sana sini tp tak kurus2 pon..

Hello..better than dulu ok!.. org yg kutuk LIBL tuh bukan kurus pon tapinyer.. Tak per slow2.. nnt dpt la ideal weight..tp LIBL x nak la kurus kerempeng..nnt nampak TUA!.. Btw, this is actually investment untuk hari tua jugak!..

My new target is to complete 5km run on t.mill each time I hit the GYM. Usually LIBL lari 3km around 35min. Bila dah berjaya lari 5km..baru nak tgok timing..kalau bleh 5km in 30 min.. Possible?... Impossible?..

3km 35 minit atas treadmill?

kite salu 2km jek. tu pon 22 minit. hikhikhik.
