Last weekend, I joined running clinic provided by Glazo in conjunction for kl-marahton. I went there alone.. Yes..Alone. This time, non of my fren willing to join kl-marathon. Reason, expensive.. it is almost RM 50. Besides, they do not have passion in running.
1. Hydration.. we need to drink before within first few hrs before run. - during Shape Run LIBL kurang minum takut terkucil..sbb tuh cepat haus. 1st stop nampak air macam nampak syorga!!..
2. Carbs Loading.. - huh..not suitable for my diet. But, kalau energy burn form fat it will make u so damm tired.. Huh.. like tht?.
3. People above 80kg need heavier shoe. - Nasibabik aku x lhb 80kg. Dah tukar to Nike Air. Dah x sakit kaki.. this week dah lari total : 9km
4. Dont drink tea.coffee with meals as it revents iron absorption
5. Incorporate Mestrual cycle in yr training - increased chances of osteoporosis (For Ladies)
I meet virgin runers..Kak Haza. I found her blog too. Nice to know tht she is a runing mom. Vetran runners. She advised me a lot. One useful tips form her..dring ORS (garam) before run to avoid hydration. Kagum aku tgok vetran runners. I wish..bila aku dah tua nanti aku akan healthy macam diaorang.. Apa yg LIBL buat sekarang adalah perlaburan utk masa hadapan.
Well.. I am not a runner. But I love to run even tht am not good at run. My Aim... Slow-slow training..Akan ku pastkan run 10 km dgn kacang sekali..
Sekarang aku dah boleh run 3km in 30 min atas t.mill. Actually, big improvement to me. LIBL cuba ikot training guide yg LIBL dpt during the clinic.
Even aku jarang update pasal my GYM activity. Am still consistantly workout at GYM walaupun x kurus2..lemak degil...HAHAHA.. bila ikot training nih..rasa bdn panass jer.. metabolic rate naik kot..
