Thursday I otw back from customer's place try to spend 30 minutes workout at GYM. Few GYM goers @ tht branch already notice me and start being friendly. Hahha.. 2moro will be my last training (may be) before the race day. Well am not expecting any numbers only to challenge my self to complete 11.5 km.
There is a lot of change when I actively being a GYM members and why I like to exercise at gym such as:
1) No worries to exercise alone. Compare you jog at your neighborhood. Possibilities diganggu & diusik oleh jantan2 gatai adalah tinggi. I hate this!!
2) You can exercise anytime tht you want. No matter how the weather and time. There are GYM open at 6am. Exercise before you go to work or even after work.
3) Boring? No where to go esp weekend. I spend my time at GYM. Being friend with few GYM goers and read mag and news. Attend fav class and have some fun. At least it makes my day!!
4) Last time I used to stay back at the office until 9pm or sometime 10pm. Worst 12am.. lepas tuh makannn... Lots of work and stress Then, I got back pain since my work require me to sit in front my lappy 24hrs writing and debugging codes. Now.. when I feel tht am stress.. I hit the GYM. Biologically, when you exercise, you body will release happy hormone!! You will feel better. ..relax...sleep well and able to face another stress day!.. Fresh mind and body increase your Line of Codes (LOC)..only programmers understand this.
5) Most Malay lady are lazy to exercise. I dunno why?.. may be our culture. Well.. me not. I like outdoors and always looking for another adventure. Next will be white water rafting. Bila?? Tataw..
6) Hit the GYM or exercise at least 3 days per week. Worst case 1 day per week. Once you commit to regular exercise you body will alarm you automatically when you need to exercise.
7) Increase you antibody. You are not easily to get flu or etc. Last year record 2008 - only 1 day MC.
8) Increase your stamina. Even your daily activities was too hectic, you will never flat at the end of your day.
9) Beauty comes from fitness. Stop you aging clock with exercise. I found few gym goers who looks young compare to their age.
10) Am start reading health mag and search info from website.
GYM has change my lifestyle and I believe, life is your choice!. You want to be slave to your work or you manage your work. Ask your self?. May be am not a correct person to tell you my experience. No matter what.. I will keep on going...!!
