2 min - Stretching..
10 min - 6.0 kmph with gradient 0.0
5min - interval..power walk
10 min - 10 min - 6.0 kmph with gradient 0.0
5min - interval..power walk
10 min - 10 min - 6.0 kmph with gradient 0.0
5min - cool down

Good progress..!!!

Balik umah taruh minyak angin pakai stokin..
Takot cramp..
