Training Day 4 : GYM

Today..am a bit late from customer's place @ TPM. Sangkut pulak kat Guardian clearance sale @ G floor Summit.. Hayak.. Finally, too late for BJ class..intai kat luar jer tgok new release punya step. Kalau kelas Aziei dah lama aku redah masuk.. MUAHAHHA..

Setelah break abt 2 weeks akibat kurang sihat..mmg dugaan betul nak ke GYM nih.. Finally, berjaya jugak aku memaksa diri. So today.. only 30 min run on treadmill... HAHA.. aku nak kejar Magrib kat umah laa... Run with interval 7.0, 6.0 and 5.0 kmph. Gradient 1.5 and 0.0. Ada mamat mana tuh dok sprint..huh..seram tgok..macam2 bunyi kuar.. Ishh.. bersungguh beno.. Tapi aku puas hati walaupon 30 min sbb ada progress.. Yes..!! Yes..!! Yes..!!

2moro can be GYM or swimming day lagi.. HAHAHA.. ikot my mood lah.. Humm..I should text my gym buddy worr... Baru meriah hidupp..!! Plan to drive back to hometown tp baru sat tadi aku majuk ngan mak aku kot tepon..

Tak abis2 bising pasal kawen..!! Buhsan..!!

me pun malas...tapi paksa diri jugok..kdg pi 30 minits je..tapi tak kisah le kan..asalkan pegi..kalau lama tak pegi...mmg akan malas gila nak start nanti..now konsepnya, pegi..pgi walau kejap..heheheh
