Life kinda busy lately.. Am in the midst of transferring to another department. Banyak kena buat documentation. I will miss my old system and databases.. :(
Dissertation pon kena hantar.. ishk2..

Shut up and Run..!! Yeah..Let's Run Bebeh..!!


I am a great follower of Shape Mag. Dari 1st issues until now.. mmg x miss lah.. This year got another Shape run. Last year x masuk sbb tarikh x sesuai.


My Shape Mag Collection

So apa lagi..I have submitted online registration for Night Shape Run 09. The run will be held at Putrajaya on 25 July 09. Geeee... I have around 30 days plus.. Yo..yor or jer kan.. bulih ka ?? 11.5 km ??... but seriously I wanna challenge my self.. Since, I have been a GYM goers for more than 2 years and my stamina has improved a lot. Cuma kengkadang jer kantoi..sbb x leh stick to the schedule. Stamina turun naik.. Dengan semangat waja.. singgah jugak GYM. Mujur ada parking time2 cuti sekolah nih..Segan jugak terbatuk2 kat GYM..nnt org igt kiter swine flu plak..hishh...

Today's Training

1km walk on treadmill
1hr Body Jam Class
1km run on treadmill [speed 6.0]

BodyJam class?? Ape kaedah nya disini..?? Hahah.. I can't miss Azie class la.. I started with Body Jam.. then move on to Body Combat and now Body Pump.. Body Jam nih ala-ala fun and release tension gittew..

Training ala kadar jer.. sbb baru baik demam..batuk & sakit tekak still..Terima kasih kepada kawan nelayan kerana menyelamatkan keadaan..


Hasil congakan hari ini..
It takes 10 min to complete 1km..
10 min x 11.5km = 115 min = 1 hr 55 min..

Flag off 8pm.. sah2 sampai kol 10 malam.. itupon kalau maintain.. kalau berhenti lepak kat jambatan amik2 gambar canner??

Jadilah perserta paling last sampai.. Run for fun jer.. not for the prizes sbb goodies pon dah RM 300. OK la tuh kan?? Kengkawan lain sure la jalan lengang kangkung..susah betul nak ajak pi GYM..10010 alasan.. BTW, kudoss to them sbb berani gak masuk run nih setelah dipromote ngan goodie bag.. kih3.

Since x jadi balik kampung..as usual 2moro willl be another GYM nite.. Kena biasakan 11.5 km nih.. Training apa yang sesuai??.. Anyone??

Nurman - Haloo... belum mantap lagi lah.. terasa cam pendeknyer kaki.. org lari selangkah..aku lari dua langkah.. MIhHAHAHA..

Yes, kena lari2 anak ni..ada program khas nanti...tapi kaki sakit dah lama ni tak baik2....cam mana yer...

Shah..your case better consult doc dulu la. Kaki nih ada sepasan jer lama lagi nak guna.. Kalau x boleh lari2 anak.. try practice power walk. Make sure your sure comfort enough..
