Dah lama kiter berangan..
Dah lama kiter dok intai..
Dah lama kita pasang niat..
Dah lama dahhh..kiter teringin nak angkat mender nih..

Tapi selalunya x kesampaian..

Satu hari kiter berazam..
Sempena usiaku yg akan bertambah lagi setahun..

I wanna do something new..

"Lets GO join BodyPump class.."
Dengan terkedek-kedek & malu-malu kucin..
kiter amik step, mat & set barbell...
Dumbell pon kiter amik jugak incase kot2 terpancit..

Dalam hati..mana pergi gadis melayu nih..
x kan aku sorang jer kot..!!??

Huh..relax..

Tarik napas lepss sambil pakai glove busuk ku..(katanya dry fit.. so aku x basuh ahh..sejak beli..volehh??)


Maka class pon bermula..


1st set...No Problem...merasa ala-ala wanita besi..HAHA

2nd set..Instructor soh tambah weight..kiter sengeh-jer..


tgok semua org tukar weight..

kiter maintain weight yang paling comey sudah lah..

kiter letak 2 ketoi belah kiri..2 ketoi belah kanan..



3rd set..lagu aper aku dah x perasan...keras urat tengkuk angkat besi..tp aku tetap bertahan..Katanya No Pain no Gain..

Habis beberapa set kena buat push up & abs pulak..adoii..!!!.aku banyk berlakon drp push up..huhu...

Pas tuh sambung lagi.. Gambatee..!!


Akhirnya aku berjaya menamatkan class pertama body combat..

Konon nak proceed Body Combay kegemaranku....

tapi penat angkat besi takhengaattttttt..terketaq2 lutut nak kick & jump..masyuk 2nd track..aku blah.. Mana tahan instructor dok counter check step aku jer..bukan x geti tp I dah pancittlaa.. Sorry..Got to Tata..!!

Semua ok untill Sunday aku dpt habuan....

Sakit badan..huhu..

Kalau dah duduk x larat bangun..belakang sakit..bahu sakit..betis pon sakit..mujur weekend..boleh jalan pakai crocs & jeans...campak semua high hill ke tepi..wedgges ok lagi..

Walaupon sakit kiter buat bodo lagi..kegkadang rasa windu nak rasa sakit camnih...kih3..

Menggong....

Tp itulah aku & dunia ku....!!

hehe.. usually the first time jer.. lama2 dah biasa.. best layan pain.. bangun pagi muscle ache dah tak pikir.. dah pasal stress.. lama dah tak join fitness club.. used to go at the curve last time.. :)

riezal - 2la..1st time join class nih.. Well…Am going to love this class..kalau sendiri buat boleh curi tulang..Me home member @ the curve tp jarang gi situ sbb jauh.

hi thanezre..thx for droping by it is ok..no need to pay tol..HAHAH..

Am joining fitness first..I saw myfitness at Endah Parade but am not so sure either it offer the same.. FYI, all track release for the classes originated from less mills..

If is fun to have a variety of exercise. So tht you will not end up getting bored with your excercise routine. Last time I was really-really into Body Jam. I will make my self available every week.. You should try once..!! Who know tht you can dances Latin & some sort of hip hop. Macam dancer kat MTV I tell u.!! :)
